What a rip off! Spent $44 for a classic manicure that was suppose to include soaking of the nails that didn't happen. Upgraded to shellac add $12 and a soak off for $5. The nail tech was afraid to trim my cuticles!!! I had to ask her if she was going to, she stated your cuticles are too dry! Really?!? I've received several manicures and never have I had one when the tech doesn't use nail clippers to trim the sides of your nails. I could have given myself a better manicure.
Great customer service. Although my shellac did come off sooner than expected, the staff was very apologetic and handled the situation very professionally. They also stated this doesn't happen usually so don't worry. I would recommend their services to anyone! Great idea for a girls trip!
Went to Oasis for a girl's night. So relaxing and we had tons of fun. Spa services were awesome and the room was beautiful
I got the spa package with two treatments. I chose the massage and pedi. Mary was my massage therapist and did a great job. The cocomango lotion that she used was awesome. Autumn did my pedi. She did a great job. My feet are ready for summer now! Autumn was very knowledgeable about the products she used. The paraffin wax made my feet soft like a baby.
I understand your in Gladwin and the choices for nail services are few, however, for $44 dollars I should be leaving with a beautiful manicure, instead I'll be going home and taking care of all the hang nails the tech was afraid to take care of. Next time I'll just wait until I'm back down state and received a shellac manicure for $30!! Don't waste your time and money on this place.
Always an excellent experience. I've been a repeat customer for several years and always have a delightful time. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very comfortable and enjoyable. Great for a girls trip out or a relaxing treat!
