About a week and a half ago I got into a car accident that wasn't my fault which ended up totaling my car. It's definitely been a stressful experience between finding a new car and dealing with my old insurance company. After doing vigorous research online I found a little 2012 Malibu from this dealership and got excellent service from Zeno Foley. He helped me sift through various cars in their inventory from other lots and was very insightful on helping me choose the right car for me. He worked with my hectic schedule and was able to find me a loan with 6% interest (which was a lot lower than what I was approved locally). And in less than a weeks time I was able to drive away with my beautiful new (and used) chevy Malibu. I am so thankful for the service I received here and would highly recommend!!
Horrible service. Offer less than anyone else for trade in and overcharge for vehicles. Not a fan at all.
How does a dealership sell you a car and after the deal is done and all the paperwork is done and signed and a agreement made. How can they come back to a few weeks later and tell you your loan didn't go thru and now you need to go thru another bank and your payments are going to be about one hundred dollars more! There is something really wrong there! This just happened to a friend of mine. I bought my car there to. I took a car out to test drive it and there was a bottle of booze in the middle hand rest that opened. I over looked that then when I got home not even a week later my battery died. I got a new battery and they said they would pay for it. Well they some how lost my receipt. I didn't even hold it against them. But, now I will never buy another car from them. There's something wrong with this place!
I stopped in for an alignment, they were very friendly and did a great job. Also there price was very competitive.
