Always polite on the phone and in person. NEVER had any issues with them.
Stay away from this place, overcharge and under deliver, first off they showed up two hours after they said they would be there, then there so called trained electrician wired my bathroom incorrectly, he came back and tried to fix it but it was still not working right, I ended up having to call in another electrican to fix the problem they couldnt fix and they wanted to charge me for there mess up, untrained staff, over charging on my undetailed invoice, will never go back
this is not the place to hire, very dishonest workers and management
