I'm skeptical of the comments Pedro left below, I've been using Lyle's Flower services for over a decade and have never received anything short of exemplary customer service and have always come away from the experience feeling satisfied and that they truly understood my needs.
The smile on this girls face is really all the review that's needed. She said they we're the prettiest flowers she's ever received. Julia, was great! Very professional, friendly as can be & understood exactly how to make my friends terrible day better as she took my order. I can't thank Julia & Lyle's Flowers enough!!
Please do not hesitate to use their services, in my opinion they're the best Gladwin County has to offer!

Wow!!! Don't talk to Nora!! She fails to realize that customers do not work there so their little question and answer session at the beginning of the call can be done with less attitude and at no time should ever have a condescending tone! Julie the owner apologized but I had to ask 6 times what Nora's name was because she never divulged that information before she went off in her malignant tone!
I have been a loyal customer to Lyle's Flowers for close to 15 years. I grew up using this shop specifically ---not only for their amazing floral designs, but also the warm welcoming employees and owner!!! They truely put their best in all their work and strive to go above and beyond to please their customers! I still visit almost every time I return to town to check out all their cute and beautiful merchandise-everything from fresh flowers, flowers arrangements, plants,silk arrangements, jewelry, decor, and so much more.... And it goes without being said I still place all orders through them when sending to my family in town! I don't see how anyone could have anything bad to say about this beautiful shop full of wonderful people! Treat yourself and stop in yourself!!
