The employees are rude and thoughtless, the management is clueless, and the store layout is a mess. More often than not, during the mornings, a line of 10 or more people will be present inside the store. A lone male or female cashier will be attempting to handle the situation whilst two other employees chat amongst themselves in an attempt to ignore the customers.
I would not recommend anyone invest their time or money into this failing business.
