Outstanding service. Lori is an expert, she will go above and beyond to get you what you need according to your financial capacity. She is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My car, home and life insurance policies are all through Lori's agency.
Unprofessional. I do not recommended. They do not have communication skills, they have attitudes when you try to be reasonable. From my bank account they pulled out more money then I signed for and then DID NOT have an explanation of why they took out more money (they kept giving me different reasons). After I told them I wanted to cancel my insurance they told me I couldn't cancel ahead of timed that I had to cancel on the day of. After I cancelled on Dec. 8th, I wasn't refunded the remainder of the policy that I didn't use. On top of all that they STILL tried to pull money out of my bank account twice after I cancelled my policy. Completely unprofessional. Now they won't return my calls. If you live in this area, I strongly recommend AAA.
