I had a very good experience in the drive thru pickup the other day. Purity was very pleasant and helpful very cheerful person to deal with.
Went to get wife's prescription filled after her surgery. Wait for 45 minutes. They had finished filling it but never told me. I had been sitting there waiting for it. Was almost late picking up our daughter from school. They aren't very friendly either.
I have used rite-aid for several years, they are very busy and are treated very badly by their customers so, if they're treated bad your gonna get treated the same way. I've had some issues with them, but they were very happy to correct the problem. Others pharmacy want to charge me thousands of dollars for my meds and they have worked with me on price's that are only 200.00 a month. These people are only human, they're very busy and I've seen people treat them very badly. No one has ever been rude to me and I'm in there a couple times a month. People need to remember they're not the only customer they have and have all different levels of filling prescription, from Dr office, faxes, people calling in, people dropping off in person, drive thru. That's just some so I think they do pretty good . Just remember if your kind to people they will be kind to you and everybody has bad days. Good job rite-aid.
The Pharmacy staff, have the worst attitudes I've EVER had to endure! They are rude, and don't even try or, attempt to help customer! Very unprofessional! They have no customer service skills what do ever! I'll NEVER Go back to this location!
Prescriptions take a long time and I never got a call. But always happy when shopping inside, and the fast picture prints
